Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. rice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 can condensed tomato soup
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Combine meat, rice, salt, pepper and onion.
Shape into small balls.
Blend soup and water; heat in pressure pan until mixture begins to simmer.
Add the meatballs to the soup.
Cook at 15 pounds pressure 10 minutes.
