Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 baked pie shell
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
3 egg yolks
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. vanilla
3 egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
6 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix powdered sugar and peanut butter until it resembles meal. Spread 3/4 of mixture on pie crust.
Cook cornstarch, sugar, salt, milk, egg yolks, butter and vanilla until thick.
Pour into pie shell on top of peanut butter mixture.
Top with meringue and sprinkle with remaining peanut butter mixture.
