Chicken And Yellow Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

1 chicken or use parts
1 pkg. yellow rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/3 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. water
1/2 stick margarine
salt and pepper
Preparation

Boil chicken until tender.
Remove bone; save broth.
Place chicken in large deep casserole dish.
Mix soup, broth and water. To this, add rice, salt and pepper.
Pour mixture over chicken. Top with margarine that has been sliced.
Cover with heavy foil and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
