Low-Fat Sloppy Joes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 chopped onion
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 green bell pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Brown chuck, then drain off fat.
    Mix together remaining ingredients (except pepper).
    Simmer until hot, then cut up pepper in mixture.
    Keep in crock-pot until time of serving.
