Ingredients

1/2 C. creamed cottage cheese
1/2 C. plain yogurt
1 Tbsp. finely grated carrot
2 tsp. finely grated onion
1 tsp. finely grated green pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
dash white pepper
1 tsp dill weed
1 tsp. dried mustard
Preparation

Beat cottage cheese with fork in small bowl.
Add remaining ingredients except yogurt, and mix well.
Fold in yogurt.
Cover and chill.
