Yogurt Jammies(Muffins) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    fruit preserves or fresh or frozen blueberries
    1 egg
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. yogurt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients together.
    Make a \"well\" in center and mix in egg, melted butter, milk, yogurt and vanilla (may use vanilla yogurt and omit vanilla).
    Grease muffin tins and fill 1/4 full with mixture.
    Add 1 teaspoon preserves or 5 whole blueberries.
    Top with remaining batter.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 425\u00b0.
