Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    1/2 c. butter
    1 can beef consomme
    1/2 c. water
    1 can mushrooms
    5 green onions, chopped
    1/2 Tbsp. oregano
Preparation
    Melt butter and saute rice; add beef consomme, mushrooms, water, onions and oregano.
    Bake in a covered casserole dish for 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
