Three Layer Chocolate Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    2 c. flour
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. Cool Whip
    2 small instant chocolate pudding
    3 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    First Layer:
    Melt butter and add to flour and chopped nuts. Mix and press in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Cool completely.
