Mother'S Knobby Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. soda
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
2 c. diced apples
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except apples and pecans, with mixer. Add apples and pecans.
Pour into 8 x 8-inch square pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
