Brandy Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. whipping cream
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    4 egg yolks
    2 Tbsp. brandy
    2 Tbsp. sherry (not cream sherry)
    grated fresh nutmeg
    prepared graham cracker pie crust
Preparation
    Whip the cream and slowly add powdered sugar.
    Slowly add lightly beaten egg yolks,
    brandy and sherry.
    Add nutmeg to taste and pour mixture into prepared shell.
    Freeze 2 to 3 hours. Thaw a few minutes so pie will slice easily.
