Ingredients

2 1/2 c. chopped, drained kraut
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
small jar pimento, chopped
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in order given.
Chill several hours, better overnight.
Yields 8 to 10 servings.
