Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
3 c. water
2 lemons (4 Tbsp. juice)
2 Tbsp. butter
6 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Sift together sugar, flour, cornstarch and salt.
In saucepan, add sifted mixture with egg yolks (save whites in small bowl), water, lemon juice and butter.
Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil.
(If color isn't yellow enough, add 1 to 2 drops yellow food coloring.) Cool slightly; pour into baked pie shell.
