Swedish Crumb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter
    2 tsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar and salt.
    Add butter and crumble with your hands until fine.
    Save 1/2
    cup
    for top. Mix well, then add baking powder, eggs,
    milk and vanilla and lemon extracts. Put the 1/2 cup crumbs on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes in 8-inch square pan.
