Weber Cooker Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef roast
    1 c. Worcestershire sauce
    3 Tbsp. seasoning salt
    black pepper
    garlic salt
Preparation
    Soak charcoal for 15 minutes before lighting.
    Separate coals into 2 sections, 8-inches apart (circular cooking).
    Light coals and let them get hot.
    Cover roast with Worcestershire sauce, seasoning salt, black pepper and garlic salt.
    Cover with foil and let cook for approximately 1 1/2 hours.
