Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pie crust
12 slices bacon (fried, drained and crumbled)
1 1/2 c. shredded swiss cheese
1/3 c. minced onions
4 eggs
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. light cream or milk
Preparation

Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onions in pie crust.
Blend remaining ingredients, and pour into pie crust.
Bake for 15 minutes @ 425 degrees.
Reduce heat to 300 degrees and bake for 30 minutes longer.
Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
Can be made ahead and baked the next day.
