Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed (but not cooked)
    2 cans mushroom soup
    3/4 to 1 c. mayonnaise
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. finely chopped onion
    1 c. finely chopped celery
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

    crushed cheese crackers or herb bread crumbs
    margarine
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except crackers and margarine, in large bowl. Mix well. Spoon into 2 greased 9 x 9-inch casserole dishes. Sprinkle with cracker or bread crumbs. Dot with margarine. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes or until bubbly and nicely browned. Serves 16.
