Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. lukewarm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    3/4 c. Crisco, melted
    3 c. or more self-rising flour
Preparation
    Dissolve dry yeast in lukewarm water. Mix well the sugar, egg and Crisco. Add 3 cups or more self-rising flour and mix well. Drop by spoon. Bake in well-greased muffin pan in preheated oven at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until done. Store remaining batter in refrigerator.
