Paprikash Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large onions, diced
    1 Tbsp. butter
    4 potatoes
    paprika
    salt and pepper
    water
Preparation
    In large skillet, brown onions in one tablespoon of butter. Remove from pan and set aside.
    Slice potatoes like home fries. Place potatoes in skillet and add salt, pepper and loads of sweet paprika.
    Add browned onions; cover with water and cook, covered, for about 25 minutes until well done.
