Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion
    3/4 stick oleo
    1 round tsp. chicken seasoning
    1 can diced soy chicken
    3 sticks celery
    3 1/2 c. water
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in oleo.
    Add water and chicken seasoning; bring to a boil.
    In bottom of casserole, put rice, chicken and mushroom soup.
    Put sauteed onion and celery on top. Bake for 1 hour and 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
