Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. stew beef or round steak, cut in small pieces
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small can mushrooms
    1/4 to 1/2 c. sherry (optional)
    small onion, cut up
Preparation
    Pour undiluted soup over meat in pan.
    Add drained mushrooms, sherry and onion.
    Cover and bake at 275\u00b0 for 3 1/2 to 4 hours. Serve over noodles or rice.
