Frosty Chocolate Shake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. Knox unflavored gelatine
1/2 c. skim milk
2 Tbsp. chocolate syrup
2 packets sweetener
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 c. ice cubes (6 to 8)
Preparation

In small saucepan, sprinkle gelatine over 1/4 cup milk (reserving 1/4 cup).
Let stand 1 minute, then stir over low heat until gelatine is completely dissolved, about 5 minutes.
