Chocolate Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg
1 (16 oz.) can applesauce
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Spry
3 Tbsp. cocoa
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda

Preparation

Mix egg, applesauce and vanilla and let sit.
Cream together sugar and Spry.
Add cocoa, flour and baking soda to sugar and Spry and blend.
Mix well with wet ingredients.
Bake in pan with hole at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Frost with white sauce icing.
