Griddle Buster Pear Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
1 large can pears
2 eggs
8 oz. cream cheese
1 box confectioners sugar
cinnamon
Preparation

Melt butter and add to cake mix.
Mix to form a ball.
Take 3/4 of ball and press into 13 x 9-inch pan.
Add pears that have been cut into small pieces.
Sprinkle cinnamon over pears.
Mix eggs, softened cream cheese and confectioners sugar.
Pour over pears.
Crumble rest of cake mix on top.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until top is lightly browned.
