Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked shrimp
    1 tsp. lemon juice (fresh)
    1 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper
    celery salt
    2 or 3 hard-boiled eggs
    sliced olives
    watercress
    tomato slices
Preparation
    If canned shrimp are
    used, soak them in cold water for 2 minutes.
    Drain them and moisten with lemon juice.\tThen add celery, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and celery salt.
    Garnish the salad with the
    eggs,
    olives and watercress.
    Serve on tomato slices.
    Makes 4 servings.
