Herb Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 skinned chicken breasts
1 stick butter, melted
2 c. cornflake crumbs
1 Tbsp. rosemary leaves
1 Tbsp. thyme leaves
1 Tbsp. oregano leaves
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
-
Dip chicken in melted butter.
Combine cornflake crumbs and herbs.
Roll buttered chicken in crumb mixture to coat.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in shallow baking pan.
Do not crowd.
