Fudge Souffl - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 c. skim milk
5 egg whites
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Whisk the cocoa powder, powdered sugar and milk in the top of a double boiler over boiling water until smooth. Add the chocolate chips and stir until the chips are melted. Stir and lower the heat to a simmer.
