Lemon Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
2 Tbsp. lemon juice (can be ReaLemon)
1 c. hot water
1 can chilled evaporated milk
Preparation

Dissolve first 4 ingredients in hot water and cool until syrupy.
Whip evaporated milk.
Fold 2 mixtures together.
Pour in graham cracker crust.
Refrigerate.
