Weight Watchers Parmesan Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts, skinned, deboned and cut in half
    1/4 c. low calorie Italian dressing
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, pepper and parsley flakes.
    Mix well.
    Roll chicken pieces first in the dressing, then in crumb mixture.
    Place in a baking dish which has been sprayed with Pam.
    Bake uncovered in 350\u00b0 oven for 50 to 60 minutes or until tender.
    I find that the crumb mixture is ample to coat 6 to 8 pieces of chicken, especially if they are small.
    I have used thighs in place of breasts and it also is a good coating for pork chops or fish (decrease the cooking time for fish).
    I use the Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing instead of bread crumbs.
