Turkey Rolls Italiano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. ripe olives, sliced
    1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1/4 c. tomato sauce
    1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 c. onion, minced
    1/4 c. bell pepper, minced
    1 tsp. garlic, minced
    2 lb. turkey breast slices (about 4 oz. each)
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    2 c. Italian bread crumbs
Preparation
    Combine first four ingredients.
    Heat olive oil and saute onion, pepper and garlic.
    Remove from heat and cool.
    Add to olive mixture and toss.
    Pound turkey slices flat.
    Spread mixture over top of each slice.
    Roll tightly and secure with toothpicks.
    Cover and chill.
