Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    5 c. water
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    8 oz. very fine noodles
    1 bunch broccoli, chopped small (you can also use frozen)
    4 c. milk
    1 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter for 3 minutes.
    Add water and bouillon cubes.
    Add cooked broccoli and reduce heat, add milk and cheese chunks, stir until melted and season with pepper.
    Yields 3 quarts.
