Grandma'S German Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium can sauerkraut and equal amount water
    1 small diced onion
    1 tsp. brown sugar
    dash of pepper
    2 tsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Put all ingredients except butter and flour into pot.
    Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
    Melt butter; stir in flour, then stir into sauerkraut mixture.
    Remove from heat and keep covered 5 minutes.
