Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white syrup
1/2 tsp. soda
1 stick oleo
1 tsp. salt
8 qt. popped corn
Preparation

Combine brown sugar, oleo, syrup and salt.
Boil 5 minutes (or cook in microwave and boil 3 minutes).
Stir soda in well until mixture is a very light brown.
Spray two large 9 x 13-inch cake pans with Pam.
Divide popcorn between two pans and pour caramel mixture over popcorn and stir (or put popcorn in large grocery sack), pour caramel over and shake
until coated.
Cook in microwave for three minutes, turning sack after each minute. Place in a 250\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
Stir every 15 minutes or it will burn.
Nuts can be added before baking.
Store in airtight container.
