Brunch Casserole #1 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices bread, buttered
1 lb. ground pork sausage
8 eggs (large)
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 lb. or more shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan or dish and place bread, buttered side down, in dish.
Cook sausage; drain off excess fat, then crumble over bread slices.
Beat eggs and sour cream.
Pour over sausage; sprinkle cheese over top.
Cover with foil and refrigerate 6 to 8 hours.
Uncover and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 50 minutes or in 325\u00b0 oven if a glass pan.
