Ingredients

1 lb. carrots
1 Tbsp. mixed pickling spice
3 c. water
1 c. cider vinegar
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Peel carrots.
Cut to 4-inches long and 1/4-inch thick.
Tie pickling spice in cheesecloth to make a small bag.
