Coleslaw Souffle Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1/2 c. cold water
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. finely shredded cabbage
1/2 c. chopped celery
4 Tbsp. finely diced red or green sweet pepper
1 Tbsp. diced onion
Preparation

In a bowl dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in mayonnaise, vinegar, cold water and salt.
Chill until consistency of unbeaten egg whites.
Beat with electric mixer until fluffy.
