Potato And Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 red potatoes
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 small head cabbage, chopped
    2 onions, chopped
    garlic or garlic salt
    1 c. grated American or Cheddar cheese
    1 (13 oz.) can chicken broth
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until half soft.
    Peel skins and cut in 1/4 inch slices; set on side.
    Melt margarine in frying pan.
    Saute cabbage and onions until soft.
    Add sliced potatoes, mix well.
    Sprinkle with garlic to taste (a lot).
    Lay half of cabbage/potato mixture in big casserole dish.
    Sprinkle cup of cheese over mixture. Spread other half of cabbage/potato mixture on top of cheese.
    In small pan, melt 2 tablespoons butter, add 1/4 cup flour and mix until bubbles.
    Slowly add chicken broth, mixing well.
    When thick, pour over cabbage/potato mixture.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
