Corncob Jelly(No Kidding!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 field corn cobs (red) after dried corn husked
    3 c. sugar
    1 pkg. Sure-Jell
Preparation
    Add enough water to cobs to get 3 cups broth.
    Boil.
    Discard cobs.
    Add sugar and boil 3 minutes.
    Add 1 package Sure-Jell. Boil 3 minutes.
    Pour into sterilized jars and top with melted paraffin.
    The jelly tastes like apple jelly and has slight pink color.
