Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small vanilla pudding (not instant)
    1 can fruit cocktail, drained
    1 can chunky pineapple, drained
    1 can Mandarin oranges, drained
    2 bananas
    1/2 bag miniature marshmallows
    1 small jar maraschino cherries
Preparation
    Cook pudding with the juice from the pineapple and oranges. Cook until thick.
    Allow to cool.
    Mix the fruit cocktail, bananas, oranges, pineapple and marshmallows.
    Add the pudding and stir.
    Lay the cherries on top.
    Store in the refrigerator 1 hour.
