Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn
1 egg
1 stick margarine (room temp.)
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Grated cheddar cheese

Preparation

Combine top five ingredients, then fold in sour cream.
Pour in shallow baking dish and top with grated cheese before baking.
