Cheese Wafers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. grated sharp cheese
1/4 c. butter
1 c. flour (start with 1/2 c. and add; don't let it get too crumbly)
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
pinch of red pepper
3/4 to 1 c. ground nuts (pecans)
Preparation

Soften butter and cheese to room temperature.
Mix butter and cheese with hands.
Add dry ingredients with hands.
Add nuts. Roll like pepperoni.
Wrap in foil and freeze.
Slice with sharp knife.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
