Potato Salad Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium potatoes
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 c. diced celery
    3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    2 Tbsp. chopped onions
    1 c. cream-style cottage cheese, drained
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped green peppers
    2 Tbsp. diced pimiento
Preparation
    Pare, cook and mash potatoes (not creamy, but lumpy); do not add any liquid. Combine with 1/3 cup mayonnaise, the salt and paprika. Stir in celery, eggs and onions. Chill.
