Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans mixed vegetables, drained
1 can whole corn, drained
1 undiluted can cream of celery soup
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together; put in baking dish.
Top with 1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed and mixed with 1 stick oleo.
Put on top of vegetable mix and bake for 25 minutes at 250\u00b0 or until brown.
Serves 10.
