Coconut Bar Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    2 small pkg. cherry jello
    Cool Whip
Preparation
    Line long dish with coconut cookie bars.
    Cream 1 stick oleo and 1 cup powdered sugar; spread over cookies.
    Drain good and spread over that 1 cup crushed pineapple.
    Lay another layer of cookies over pineapple.
    Spread over that 2 packages cherry jello that has been partially set.
    Chill until firm and spread with a layer of Cool Whip.
