Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. orange flavored gelatin
    1 c. or 9 oz. can crushed pineapple, well drained
    1 medium carrot, grated
    mayonnaise
    lettuce
Preparation
    Prepare the gelatin according to directions on package.
    When cool, add the pineapple.
    Do not add juice from can.
    Add the carrot.
    Place in refrigerator in small containers or in mold to gel.
    When ready to serve, place on lettuce leaf topped with mayonnaise.
