Barbecued Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 racks spareribs
    1 large onion, sliced thin
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    4 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cook onion until wilted in butter.
    Add rest of ingredients. Simmer 20 minutes.
