Caramel Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 caramels
    3 Tbsp. cream
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. oatmeal
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    Melt in double boiler 32 caramels, cream and butter.
    Mix together butter and sugar.
    Add flour, soda, salt and oatmeal. Press 3/4 of mixture in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Pour caramel sauce over crust.
    Add chocolate chips and chopped walnuts.
    Pour remaining crumbs over top.
    Bake another 15 minutes.
