Fruit Cocktail Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour, sifted
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    1 (regular size) can fruit cocktail
Preparation
    Mix flour and sugar together. Add egg and cocktail. Mix all ingredients together. Do not use electric mixer. Bake in 2 layers or in 1 (9 1/2 x 5-inch) pan at 375\u00b0.
