Cauliflower Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head cauliflower
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Separate cauliflower florets;
    wash and boil just until tender (don't
    overcook).
    In
    a deep bowl, beat eggs and add remaining ingredients
    to
    form a smooth batter.
    Put florets into
    batter and,
    with
    large
    spoon,
    scoop
    up one by one, florets
    and batter, and drop into hot oil in frying pan. Turn while
    cooking to brown evenly.
    When golden brown, remove and drain on paper towel.
    Serve when still warm.
