Ingredients

9 to 12 medium carrots
4 Tbsp. margarine
1 to 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation

Cut carrots lengthwise; cook until tender.
Drain well.
Melt margarine in skillet; add lemon juice and brown sugar.
Stir until mixture thickens.
Add carrots and stir until well glazed and heated through.
