Chocolate Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. hot water
    1 tsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix and pour this over mixture already in baking dish.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
